Social Capital is about building positive relationships, trust, and connections within our community. At TFNM, we encourage our youth to develop meaningful friendships, support one another, and create networks that open doors to new opportunities, mentorship, personal growth, and a stronger future.
Compassion
Compassion teaches our youth to show kindness, empathy, and understanding toward others. At TFNM, we encourage young people to recognize when someone is struggling, offer support without judgment, and treat everyone with respect. Through compassion, we build stronger relationships, caring communities, and a future rooted in love and understanding.
Decision Making
Decision Making teaches our youth how to think critically, weigh their options, and make responsible choices. At TFNM, we encourage young people to consider the consequences of their actions, trust their judgment, and develop the confidence to make positive decisions that lead to a brighter future.
Confilct Resouliton
Conflict Resolution teaches our youth how to handle disagreements peacefully, communicate effectively, and respect different perspectives. At TFNM, we encourage problem-solving, patience, and understanding to help young people build stronger relationships, make responsible decisions, and resolve conflicts without violence.
